How We Do It

Kan-Seal personnel can perform a leak survey and walk down of all valves in your plant or a targeted group of valves you specify.

When it is determined what valves to repack, Kan-Seal will perform a walk down to record all the valve & dimensional data. This data is then entered Kan-Seal's SmartSealTM Program to create a Valve Data Sheet for each valve scheduled to be repacked.

Trained Valve Technicians

A high pressure mini-waterjet packing extractor is used for packing removal to save hours of labor due to the speed and efficiency of this extraction method. 

Kan-Seal utilizes die-formed graphite packing sets customized for each valve and split carbon bushings in valves with deep stuffing boxes to ensure maximum packing consolidation with five ring sets.  Customer satisfaction is guaranteed!
