A high-quality sheet composed of non-asbestos organic fibers and heat resistant nitrile rubber binder. This non-asbestos sheet has low chloride content (below 100 ppm) and has good anti-stick properties, preventing flange corrosion and reducing maintenance time. Style 325 is suitable for gases, water, steam, organic acids, alkali, and a wide range of general flange applications where temperature does not exceed 450°F.

A premium grade compressed sheet composed of non-asbestos organic fibers and a SBR rubber binder. Added ingredients ensure great flexibility, good shelf life aging, and long service. This material makes gasket cutting an easy task. Style 330 is suitable for hot oil and gases, saturated steam, ammonia, and other applications where temperature do not exceed 450°F.

High quality gasket material for your most extreme service. Style 300 is a compressed sheet made of graphite and carbon fibers bound with a heat resistant nitrile binder. Because of its resistance to high temperature oils and solvents, this sheet is widely used in the chemical and refinery field. Style 300 is suitable for sealing of water and steam, fuels, lubricants, alkali, and weak acids under high temperatures to 600°F and high pressures to 1450 PSI.

Biaxially-oriented PTFE containing hollow glass microspheres. Enhanced compressibility for low bolt loads. Improved flexibility over conventional calendered and graphite sheets. Moderate concentrations of acids and caustics, chlorine and hydrogen peroxide. Can be used for all concentrations of sulfuric acid. WEAS approved for hot and cold potable water services.

Thermiculite Critical Service Series: total freedom from oxidation, chemical compatibility exceeds graphite, can be used in temperatures from Cryogenics up to 1800 degrees F, fire safe, proven track record (over 500 applications & approvals globally), and wide range of metals available. High temperature sheet reinforced with a 0.004" 316 stainless steel tanged core. Available in cut gaskets and 60" x 60" sheet. Typical uses include high temperatures, nominal pipe sizes, non-standard gaskets, problem applications, critical seals.

Style 6300 (R P W E)

Flexible graphite is manufactured from 100% pure graphite flakes, which are treated and processed without resins, binders, or other additives that would limit corrosion resistance and high temperature applications. Style 6300 is permanently resilient, non-hardening, naturally lubricious (requires no flange release agent), and has an infinite shelf life. Flexible graphite has seal of approval of companies throughout the world involved in the manufacture and handling of corrosive, volatile or flammable liquids.


Recommended Uses
Makes an ideal gasket for high temperature applications to 850°F in non-oxidizing atmospheres, and is resistant to attack by most molten metals, hot corrosive chemicals and caustics.

Hochdruck (high pressure) is a multilayer high strength sheet material composed of 0.020” thick layers high purity flexible graphite foil and .002” thick layers of 316 stainless steel insert. Style 6500 works for very high gasket stresses, gaskets requiring increased demands on operational reliability and impermeability, hazardous service media, gaskets in tongue and groove flanges, cryogenic temperatures up to more then 950ºF and steam applications up to approximately 850ºF.
