Expanded PTFE Sheet Gasketing EPTFE Sheet Gasketing provides high temperature and blowout resistant sealing that's superior to other PTFE sheet gasket. This sheet gasketing is made from 100% expanded PTFE. Because it is dimensionally stable, yet conformable, it is ideal for real world flange conditions. It conforms to rough surfaces, yet compresses into a very tough gasket that makes a tight, long lasting seal. EPTFE Sheet gasketing is ideal for sealing steel flanges for many aggressive chemicals. Specifications Materials: 100% expanded PTFE Temperature Range: -450° F to 600° F (-268° C to 315° C) Operating Pressure: Vacuum to 3,000 psig (200 bar) Chemical Resistance: Resistant to all common chemicals in 0-14 Ph range except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine Thicknesses: 1/32", 1/16", 1/8", 1/4" |
